Eboniramm’s rich voice combined with her poetic language brings music to life in unique styles.  Her love of communicating saturates her performance.” ---Susan Aude’---Former News Anchor, WIS-TV, Columbia, SC

I was profoundly struck by her poetry and her presentation of it, both spoken and in song.”---Betsy Newman---Producer/Writer/Filmmaker, Creative Services Division - SCETV

“Sunny, sultry, velvety…these are but a few words to describe the luscious voice and spirit of Eboniramm.”---Chuck LaMark---Director of Development, Cultural Council of Richland and Lexington Counties

“I love her work.  It’s powerful.” ---Bess Daniels---Jazz and Blues Vocalist/Playwright/Poet

“For our Arts & Culture module, the Youth Corps students had the opportunity to spend an evening with Eboniramm.  It was one of the highlights of the year for us.  She coached the students in writing their own poetry which they got to perform on stage in front of one another.  It will be a session that we will definitely want to have on the calendar in future years.  Eboniramm does a great job of interacting with the students and I would highly recommend any school or other group to take advantage of an opportunity to experience a session with this artist.  It will be well worth it!---Jeff Becraft---Director, Youth Corps

“Eboniramm is doggedly committed to truth telling.  Her art is a considered one--patiently nurtured, quietly conceived so that when it emerges it seems to have been shaped by an artist who cares about what she expresses and how she expresses it.  Eboniramm's voice is neither brash nor alarmist--it is always a tender message sent out with the urgency of kindness and sharing. Her unassuming cool belies a serious technical gift that makes everything she does seem effortless.  It is part of her art.  She brings the same simplicity to her poetry.  Her poems are shaped in her mind, tossed, turned, revisited, revamped, reworked until they become a part of her skin, a part of her heart, and only then does she commit them to the page--whole, well-formed, and elegant.”---Kwame Dawes---Director of the SC Poetry Initiative and Director of USC Arts Institute

We were delighted with the services of Eboniramm at our Girl Scout twilight camp.  Our camp’s target population was girls ages 8-11 and our focus was on increasing self-esteem, self-awareness, and self-confidence.  Eboni’s storytelling and creative art activity really helped the girls to appreciate their own uniqueness and to create a wonderful take-home project to help them remember the experience.  Her activity creating “The Pearl That I Am” really gave the girls an opportunity to see themselves as valuable and worthy people.  Both the girls and I really felt that Eboni was a true gem herself.  Our Girl Scout Council is looking forward to utilizing her talents with additional programs in the future.”--- Maxine Higgins---Grants Manager, Girl Scouts of South Carolina – Mountains to Midlands, Inc.
